Welcome to Long & Foster Eastport!

Donna and I live at 113 Chesapeake Avenue, in the heart of Eastport and just across Spa Creek from Historic Annapolis, so we're very familiar with the unique qualities of Eastport and the Annapolis market in general.  No other Agent is more qualified to successfully help you buy or sell a home in this area.  Our Long & Foster office is also at the gateway to Eastport, giving us the highest level of visibility for people looking to buy an Eastport or Annapolis home.  So whether you're buying or selling, feel free to contact us and we will be happy to help you with all your real estate needs.

We will be expanding this website to help answer all of your real estate questions, as well as keep you abreast of the many events and activities in Eastport and Annapolis.   You can search the entire Multiple List System, see what's available and what homes have sold for.  You'll find this website will be your best resource to know what's going on with the real estate market, or just know what's going on around town.  If you think of something we could add too make our website more helpful, just let us know.

Look for our weekly Real Estate column in the Havens section of the Sunday Annapolis Capital.  Each week we tackle a new subject relating to Real Estate.  We think you'll find this column helpful in understanding how to buy or sell homes, and what's happening with our local market.  The column is called The Realities of Real Estate.  We are currently loading all of our past columns into this website.  Check back in the near future, and you'll be able to read any of our past 30 columns.

One of our recent columns concerned Pending Home Sales.  In that column, we referred to the $8,000 Tax Credit the Federal Government has made available for qualifying home buyers.  There is a link in the web box to the left that will give you some great information regarding the rules for obtaining this refund.
